3 Center for Reproductive Rights Our Mission: The Center for Reproductive Rights uses the power of law to advance reproductive rights as fundamental human rights around the world. Our Vision:  We envision a world where every person participates with dignity as an equal member of society, regardless of gender. Where every woman is free to decide whether or when to have children and whether to get married; where access to quality reproductive health care is guaranteed; and where every woman can make these decisions free from coercion or discrimination. Since 1992, our attorneys have boldly used legal and human rights tools to create this world. We are the only global legal advocacy organization dedicated to reproductive rights, with expertise in both U.S. constitutional and international human rights law. Our groundbreaking cases before national courts, United Nations committees, and regional human rights bodies have expanded access to reproductive healthcare, including birth control, safe abortion, prenatal and obstetric care, and unbiased information. We influence the law outside the courtroom as well, documenting abuses, working with policymakers to promote progressive measures, and fostering legal scholarship and teaching on reproductive health and human rights. We are legal innovators seeking to fundamentally transform the landscape of reproductive health and rights worldwide, and have already strengthened laws and policies in more than 50 countries. Help us realize every woman's right to reproductive health and autonomy. There's never been a more important time to support the Center. Together we can ensure reproductive health care for women across the country and around the world. 2431 1623870.00000000

6 World Federation of the Deaf The World Federation of the Deaf is one of the oldest international organisations of persons with disabilities in the world. Recognising that deaf people throughout the globe face barriers to full accessibility, equal human rights, and participation in policymaking decisions that affect them, the WFD was established in Rome, Italy on 23 September 1951. At the first World Congress, there were only delegates from 25 national associations of the deaf in attendance. Today, our Ordinary Members represent 135 countries across five continents. The WFD has collaborated with the United Nations and its agencies since the late 1950’s. Most recently, the WFD was critical in advocating for and developing the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD), which was adopted by the United Nations General Assembly in 2006 and came into force in 2008. The WFD remains actively involved in the CRPD implementation, monitoring, and promoting its ratification by Member States. 0 89380.00000000
